To enhance team cohesion and collaboration, Guizhou Tianhong Zhiyuan Wire & Cable Co., Ltd. recently successfully held a three-day, two-night "Building an Excellent Team Training Camp" training event. Members from all departments actively participated, and through immersive experiences and in-depth interactions, they ignited team passion, strengthened collaborative consensus, and injected strong momentum into the company's continued development.
To enhance team cohesion and collaboration, Guizhou Tianhong Zhiyuan Wire & Cable Co., Ltd. recently successfully held a three-day, two-night "Building an Excellent Team Training Camp" training event. Members from all departments actively participated, and through immersive experiences and in-depth interactions, they ignited team passion, strengthened collaborative consensus, and injected strong momentum into the company's continued development.
In this training, the trainees were divided into 5 teams, including the Wolf Warrior Team, Jade Horse Team, Nine Oxen Team, Dragon Team and Iron Ox Team.
Through various training programs, including "Red and Black Card Game", "Arm Wrestling", "Who Am I", "Wind Grass", "Faith", "Gratitude Hug", etc., Tianhong people's teamwork, execution and cohesion have been trained, and their collaboration, management and communication skills have been enhanced.
During the speaking session, everyone actively shared their sincere feelings. From focusing on others' problems to learning to self-reflect, from not being able to express love to bravely expressing it, and from individual to team win-win situations, everyone gained a lot.
